Winnebago, Outagamie, Calumet and Fond du Lac Counties in Wisconsin and leverages county and state funding through multiple grant programs.
If you are outside of these service areas, part of a professional organization, or ineligible for state and county funding, we offer multiple options for hands-on and virtual support, including personal and professional development training, and membership resources through our sister organization, Empower Freedom.

Our Personalized Family Support Plan through Focus on Freedom offers families a comprehensive, individualized roadmap for supporting their loved one with diverse abilities by focusing on bridging communication, educational advocacy, and essential service coordination. This holistic approach includes practical
communication strategies (like AAC tools and social cognition), expert guidance through special education processes (IEP, Evaluation, and 504 Plan advocacy), intermediary support with county services, and practical steps for caregivers to implement skills and behavior support at home, ensuring your family feels confident and fully supported.

Foundations in Caregiving is an introductory, on-demand course designed for parents and other unpaid caregivers, allowing you to complete it at your convenience! The program offers valuable resources and information on a range of topics related to caring for a loved one with diverse abilities.
